How does the subscription work?
What do subscriptions have in store for me, and what are their rules?
- A user with a valid license on their Zoner Account can work with the program on any number of computers. (A “user” here means a specific physical person.)
- While your subscription is running, you have the right to free updates that bring new features, fixes, and improvements.
- After your purchased license period ends, we offer you a one-month buffer period, during which you can still extend the program’s license with no interruption in its functionality.
- After the buffer period ends, the program still lets you access and export your photos and do basic operations like viewing. Even when the license period is completely over, you will not lose access to your photos.
- The basic license is for one person. You can purchase a Family license that covers multiple persons.

All subscriptions have a one-year duration. During your subscription, you are entitled to free support and all updates.
This is the place for switching plans. You can switch to a Family license at any time. You can only switch back to a Single-user plan after having made all of your monthly payments (thus generally in the last month of the subscription).

You can install ZPS on any number of devices that you use, and then log in to them using your Zoner Account.Unlimited device count.
Family license
Every The Family License is for non-commercial use of the program only. Your partner and every member of your immediate family who shares a household with you (i.e. who shares the costs of living with you) will be able to use ZPS X.member of your household.
